If you're not completely satisfied, American Public Safety offers a 30-day return policy on item(s) that are purchased from our website.
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, in new condition, and in the original manufacturers packaging/box, which includes all tags, instructions, and other materials. Please remember, some restrictions may apply.
We will issue refunds directly to the original payment method used, once we receive your return. Shipping is nonrefundable. Please allow 10-14 days from receipt of goods for refunds to post to your account.
Customers can submit a return request by logging into their customer account, finding the order you wish to return and click the Return Items link. Return requests are not able to be submitted for orders that have already been refunded, partially refunded, or have not been fulfilled. Next, you will need to specify the Quantity To Return, Return Reason, and Return Action. You will also have the option to leave a comment. Once your return request is approved, you will be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and further instructions for the return. American Public Safety reserves the right to charge a restock fee based on the circumstances of your return. You will be notified of any restock fees when you are issued your RMA. Please include a copy of the RMA in your return packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipment. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
All items must be returned in the original manufacturers packaging/box and in new and unworn condition. All returns must be shipped in outer packaging (poly bag or box). Any returns received in the original manufacturers packaging/box without any outer packaging used will incur a 25% restocking fee.
